| vo.2 The part where your thumbs touch on your grip is not worn? In the basis of the grip, there is a rule that 'hWith your left hand, use the middle finger, ring finger, and pinky, with your right hand, use the middle finger and ring finger to grip. Your thumb and index finger should be just attached.' (if you are left-handed, it will be the opposite.) Probably many people have heard or read about that before, however, people who do not know 'why?' exist surprisingly a lot. The reason is simple. Those 3 fingers use only the muscle towards the elbow, but the muscle outside that move your thumb and index finger give the tense even to the trapezius muscle which is at the base of the neck and prevent your smooth swing. Your swing could be easily deformed because of the grip.Is your grip proper? It is easy to check. Please have a look on the grip of your golf club that you use.The part where your thumbs touch is not worn?
